Finance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies while managing financial information and internal controls.

In Short

• Prepares budget and forecast for Continental Automotive Business Services (CABS)
• Conducts variance analysis and recommends cost savings strategies
• Issues billing invoices and ensures timely collection
• Manages data integrity and preparation of financial reports
• Coordinates month-end closing activities
• Executes internal control procedures
• Identifies and executes process improvements
• Maintains compliance with corporate policies
• Works with international teams
• Drives process improvement activities

Requirements

• BS Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred
• 7+ years work related experience
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• SAP expert in General ledger (FICO)
• Complex accounting resolution skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office suite
• Experience in process improvements
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts
• Good customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
