Senior Relativity Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our team, where you will work directly with Relativity’s staff to resolve software-specific issues and play a key role in testing Relativity software releases.

• Provide advanced support and guidance in the use of Relativity.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity.
• Resolve user issues with access and software performance.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish workflows.
• Stay proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools.
• Advocate for new features in Relativity through user feedback.
• Conduct Relativity demos and training sessions.
• Create user documentation for workflows.

Requirements

• 10 years of litigation support experience, 4 years in Relativity.
• Master’s degree or J.D., or equivalent experience.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Two additional Relativity certifications preferred.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is helpful.
• Current or active security clearance preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
