Relativity Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

CGS is seeking a Relativity Subject Matter Expert to join our experienced team and work directly with Relativity’s staff to resolve software-specific issues while testing software releases and establishing templates for various workflows.

In Short

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity.
• Work with technical support to resolve user issues.
• Test Relativity software releases.
• Set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Remain proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools.
• Advocate for new features through the Relativity User Portal.
• Conduct training and create user documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support specialists.
• Contribute to government innovation through technology.

Requirements

• At least ten years of litigation support experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D. preferred.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Two Relativity certifications preferred.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and SQL Server is helpful.
• Current or active clearance preferred.
