• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team.
• Responsible for maintaining financial records and assisting with financial reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Work closely with the finance team to support financial goals.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and reconcile bank statements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
