In Short

• Create engaging, educational thought leadership content
• Copy for various formats: blogs, infographics, eBooks, etc.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure copy supports product positioning
• Develop understanding of customers and small business audience
• Write and deliver clean, compelling copy
• Copy-edit team members’ work
• Interview contributors for content
• Refine and edit copy throughout the design process
• Other copywriting duties as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting and editing experience
• Portfolio of excellent writing products
• Passion for small businesses
• Tactical understanding of SEO
• WordPress or similar CMS experience
• Experience interviewing others
• BA/BS degree in relevant field
