Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with SaaS technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tasks and ticket queues.
  • Experience with telephony platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
  • Experience in onboarding/offboarding users.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for task management.
