Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with extensive experience in Salesforce to work part-time remotely.

In Short

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and automation tools
  • Experience designing or advising on technical architecture within Salesforce
  • Strong admin skills: Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Reports & Dashboards, etc.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Ability to read and modify Apex classes and triggers
  • Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Architect certifications
  • Experience with integrations (e.g., Workato, Gainsight, Conga, Docusign, REST APIs)
  • Partner & Customer Community administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Requirements

  • Evaluate and implement scalable Salesforce architecture for new and existing solutions
  • Configure standard Salesforce functionality
  • Troubleshoot Apex code
  • Analyze org health and recommend improvements
  • Assist in documenting system configurations
  • Provide hands-on support for users
  • Help manage and coordinate deployments
