Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing Flutter-based mobile apps.
Convert Figma designs into fully functional Flutter UI components.
Implement backend integrations using Dart and API connections.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot Flutter projects to ensure performance and reliability.
Estimate project timelines and provide accurate development forecasts.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in version control best practices.
Experience with Agile development workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in Flutter & React Native development.
Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and version control best practices.
Experience with Figma for translating UI/UX designs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Swift/Java/Kotlin is a bonus.
Experience with other hybrid app development languages is a bonus.
