Requirements

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping or Client Accounting Service experience.
• Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with SOS filings and sales tax filing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (2+ years).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tax-related documentation and compliance processes.
