Overview

The position involves managing client accounting systems, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Entrance of data into client accounting systems.
• Function as a bookkeeper for clients.
• Create and maintain Fixed Assets Registers.
• Prepare vouchers and reconcile bank statements.
• Responsible for monthly book closing.
• Prepare trial balances and financial statements.
• Assist with auditor needs.
• Enhance processes for client needs.
• Conduct quality assurance tests.
• Liaise with project leads for requirements.

Requirements

• Accounting qualification required.
• 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of sales tax/VAT is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Big four experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
