Overview

As an SDR at Connecteam, you will work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to engage with inbound leads and prospect into a defined target audience, helping to scale the operation and generate interest through outbound efforts.

In Short

  • Engage with inbound leads via calls, email, and social media.
  • Identify qualified leads and set up demos for Sales.
  • Conduct email campaigns and follow up with leads.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with top-of-funnel leads.
  • Manage prospecting efforts in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with Sales on new business initiatives.
  • Research and map target audience.
  • Grow a pipeline of outbound prospects.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a sales position.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-centric.
  • Adaptability in a startup environment.
