• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
• Target meeting, conference, and event planners within associations, nonprofits, and corporate organizations.
• Educate prospects on Event Alchemē and Story Alchemē services.
• Qualify prospects and guide leads through the sales process.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track deal progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams post-sale.
• Represent Conference Innovations professionally.
• Meet or exceed personal revenue goals.
• 100% outbound role best suited for a hunter.
• Remote position with no travel required.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with selling to meeting planners is a plus.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Confident in conducting discovery calls.
• Organized with follow-up and pipeline management.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.
