Overview

As a Project Manager - Salesforce, you will be the central interface between our customers and internal project teams, leading digitalization initiatives with a focus on Salesforce.

In Short

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of Salesforce projects
• Coordinate all involved stakeholders, from clients to technical teams
• Conduct workshops with clients and analyze current processes to define project requirements
• Challenge and improve existing processes and bring your own ideas to the table
• Assess the feasibility of client requests and translate them into clear user stories
• Prioritize requirements sensibly and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Identify potential risks early and support effective team collaboration
• Act as a project lead and a driver of change

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally within software or digitalization projects
• Good understanding of Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and general business processes
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and the ability to critically evaluate and structure requirements
• Comfortable working in complex project environments with strong task prioritization skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
