Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients, providing expert-level consulting and leading complex implementations.

In Short

• Provide strategic consulting to clients and design custom Salesforce solutions based on business process analysis.
• Independently implement complex Salesforce systems from scoping to go-live.
• Conduct workshops and translate client needs into actionable user stories and epics.
• Ensure delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities for client growth (up-/cross-selling) and contribute to lasting relationships.
• Conduct user training and share knowledge with internal teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and hands-on project delivery.
• Practical experience and certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English.
