Associate Information Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Information Security Analyst, you will protect Conagra's digital space and provide business assurance while supporting the Threat and Vulnerability Management team.

In Short

• Monitor security alerts and assess potential incidents.
• Analyze vulnerability scan reports and prioritize vulnerabilities.
• Conduct initial assessments as a Security Operations Center Incident Responder.
• Utilize various cybersecurity tools for threat management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about security priorities.
• Stay current with industry trends and new threats.
• Perform data correlation and analytics for decision-making.
• Support attack surface management and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve security incidents.
• Work onsite in Omaha three days a week, with remote work options.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, preferably in security operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as GCIH, CEH, Security+, CySA+, CCNA.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like Cyber Kill Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with threat hunting and incident response.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools.
