In Short

• The Trading Associate plays a critical role on Compound’s Trade Desk, supporting portfolio implementation across client accounts.
• This person will help execute trades, manage portfolio allocations, and ensure efficient implementation of the firm’s investment strategies.
• The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience trading within an RIA or wealth management environment.
• Strong familiarity with Orion Advisor Technology, focusing on Eclipse & sleeve-based trading.
• Detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• This position is 100% remote.

Requirements

• Series 65 or Series 66.
• 2–4 years of trading experience at an RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or investment firm.
• Experience using Orion Eclipse.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
