Overview

Wayne Staffing is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a UAS RN position in NYC. We are offering TN Visa Sponsorship for eligible Canadian citizens!

In Short

• Conduct UAS assessments and reassessments in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
• Evaluate the clinical and functional needs of individuals and develop comprehensive care plans
• Coordinate care and services with other healthcare professionals and agencies
• Document assessment findings, care plans, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• Participate in quality improvement activities and training sessions

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the US or eligible for TN Visa sponsorship as a Canadian citizen
• Experience with UAS assessments preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Team player with a positive and compassionate attitude
