Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

For this, we are looking for you: a Senior Marketing Manager who not only has ideas but also implements them.

In Short

• Building and further developing marketing & sales funnels (Website, Newsletter, Social, PR, Landing pages)
• Leading our small marketing team (1 full-time + 1 working student)
• Planning & steering content strategies (organic & paid) in close coordination with agencies
• Building a structured lead nurturing process (Newsletter, Automation, Retargeting)
• Writing great texts for newsletters, job postings, landing pages & social posts (copywriting that truly engages our target audiences)
• Developing a PR and social media strategy that creates reach
• Analysis & reporting (Traffic, Conversions, Funnel Performance) → deriving concrete measures
• Close collaboration with management & admin team to scale processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing / growth / demand generation (preferably in the education sector or B2B)
• You can structure and optimize marketing processes without getting lost in endless concepts
• Experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign or similar) and social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Paid)
• Familiar with KPIs, funnel analyses & conversion optimization
• Creative mind with a sense for storytelling and content, but also an analytical mindset
• Willingness to take responsibility and lead a small team
• Nice-to-have: experience in PR or telephone sales

• The annual salary for this full-time position is between 45,000 – 55,000 € gross, depending on experience and qualifications.
