Visual Content Designer - Remote

If you have an eye for design, love creating digital media, and can effectively use Procreate and similar tools, we want you! Join our team and help shape the visual identity of a brand known for quality, personality, and real learning.

In Short

• Revise and update existing flipcharts in Procreate according to our Brand Guidelines
• Create new flipcharts and visual learning materials based on content requirements
• Develop and implement visual concepts for marketing materials, social media, website, newsletters, and presentations
• Design graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics that convey complex content clearly and appealingly
• Harmonize training content and promotional materials according to corporate design
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams
• Conduct quality controls and maintain the visual appearance across all channels
• Take project responsibility from idea to implementation
• Potentially expand your role based on strengths and interests (e.g., animation, storytelling, video, brand design)

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in graphic design, communication design, or visual content creation
• Very good knowledge of Procreate, as well as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, and Word
• Passion for drawing and a good sense of style, color, and composition
• Ability to translate complex content visually clearly and appealingly
• Structured, independent working style and attention to detail
• Very good German and English skills
• Bonus: Experience in the education, coaching, or agency environment
