Outpatient TMS Psychiatrist - Remote

Overview

Compass Health Center is seeking an Outpatient TMS Psychiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role may be part-time or full-time and will primarily work from Compass’ Chicago facility, with the potential for remote work 1-2 days per week.

In Short

• Provide Outpatient Psychiatry services both in person and virtually, ages 16+
• Provide initial TMS sessions to patients, and support and oversee provision of additional TMS sessions provided by TMS clinical staff.
• Coordinate, consult and champion TMS with Compass providers throughout system who treat PHP and IOP patients.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy and provide TMS when appropriate to outpatients.
• Leading TMS and Outpatient team include Nurse Practitioner, Manager and TMS tech.
• Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists.
• Average 12-15 patient visits per day.

Requirements

• BE or BC in Illinois.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Illinois.
• Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
