Digital Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

Common Cause is seeking a Digital Production Assistant to support our digital advocacy and fundraising work. This role is responsible for executing the daily tasks that keep our multi-channel program running—especially email and SMS production and quality assurance.

In Short

• Support operations of digital fundraising programs.
• Proofread and fact-check emails for Common Cause members.
• Use systems to send mission-critical emails.
• Implement tests using HTML and report results.
• Run reports and support data analysis.
• Follow established production workflows in Jira and Google Scripts.
• Respond to supporter questions via email and SMS.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Work 25 hours per week from October 1, 2025, to December 15, 2025.

Requirements

• Commitment to Common Cause’s nonpartisan mission.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet multiple project deadlines.
• Interest in public advocacy campaigns.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience with HTML and digital A/B testing.
• Prior experience in email systems like Action Network.
• No current political affiliations.
