• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity software development.

• Develop lifecycle management processes for IAM solutions.
• Manage policies for secure access control using HashiCorp Vault.
• Build automation in CI/CD pipelines with HashiCorp API.
• Collaborate with various teams to shape identity and access management capabilities.
• Guide and mentor junior-level engineers.
• Eligible for remote work one or more days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in cybersecurity software development.
• Experience with SecureOne and CyberArk PAM.
• Five years of software development experience using PowerShell, Python, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in integration and configuration of IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of secure access control policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Strong mentoring skills for junior engineers.
