As a part-time Mortgage Instructor, you will assist national students within our online courses, ensuring they understand NMLS approved content through various means of engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience teaching or training adult learners preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Computer with HD camera and microphone is necessary.
• Quiet office space with strong internet connection required.
• Ability to instruct both onsite and via Zoom.
• Livestream teaching experience preferred.
• NMLS license or registration preferred.
• Maintain course delivery standards set by OnCourse Learning and NMLS.
• Prepare a 60-minute presentation during the interview process.
