Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler is seeking to fill a remote position for a Senior Director of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business objectives, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security.

In Short

• Develops and implements the company’s IT strategic plan.
• Leads the IT department, including recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Recommends areas in IT to be insourced or outsourced.
• Drives the selection, implementation, and integration of technology solutions.
• Develops and implements security policies to protect data and systems.
• Collaborates with executive team to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Stays informed of emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.
• Ensures IT infrastructure supports the company’s needs.
• Develops and manages the IT budget.
• Oversees IT projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Requirements

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills for IT data analysis.
• Extensive experience in IT leadership roles.
• Knowledge of IT technologies including hardware and software.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Travel requirements: 10-25% domestic travel.
