Digital Account Associate - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Digital Account Associate who can help us take our digital department services to the next level.

In Short

• Assist account managers in executing digital services for clients.
• Maintain content calendars and performance reporting dashboards.
• Draft well-written copy for various digital channels.
• Create landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital fundraising and advertising performance.
• Onboard new clients and document processes.
• Provide social media copywriting and scheduling support.
• Track and respond to support tickets related to digital platforms.
• Mockup and send emails following quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with email sending platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress preferred.
• Experience with CRM and online fundraising platforms is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media or email content production.
