Senior Associate, Project Management and Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Senior Associate of Project Management and Reporting will be responsible for execution of the PMR function, focusing on improving operational effectiveness and driving team maturation efforts.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Regulatory Compliance metric and reporting program.
• Analyze current state and define objectives for a unified program.
• Support the development, tracking, and reporting of teams’ annual objectives.
• Assess existing processes to identify areas for improved efficiency.
• Provide end-to-end project management support to Regulatory Compliance teams.
• Support drafting business requirements for internal projects and external vendors.
• Coordinate external vendor tool implementation across Regulatory Compliance.
• Lead special projects to expand Regulatory Compliance.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams on solution implementation.
• Drive report automation and create insightful dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/data science, business analytics or related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management and reporting or data analytics role.
• Proficiency in GSheets and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in report automation using programming skills.
• Highly proficient in data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Outstanding GSlides skills for impactful presentations.
• Experience in tracking annual budgets.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
