This position is for an Operational Risk Senior Analyst focused on Business Resiliency at Coinbase, where the mission is to enhance economic freedom globally through blockchain technology.

• Engage with 1LOD owners to develop Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans.
• Conduct global BCP practice exercises with follow-ups and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with DORA regulations for EU entities.
• Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to Operational Resiliency.
• 4+ years of experience in operational resiliency development.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in building relationships with regulators.
• Nice to have experience with BCM software and retail-oriented financial platforms.
