Coinbase is seeking a Deputy MLRO / Deputy Head of AML/CTF Compliance professional to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Ireland and other international jurisdictions, focusing on AML-related matters.

In Short

• Support the Head of AML/CTF Compliance for three legal entities in Ireland.
• Focus on AML/CTF compliance.
• Develop and implement a risk assessment framework.
• Manage compliance policies.
• Ensure adherence to Irish and international regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with AML/CFT obligations.
• Review High Risk clients and Suspicious Transaction Reports.
• Manage relationships with the Irish FIU and other international FIUs.
• Stay updated on regulations and update policies accordingly.

Requirements

• Previous MLRO / Deputy MLRO experience.
• AML/CTF subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of Irish compliance and regulatory matters.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Keen interest in digital assets.
• Significant experience in AML Compliance roles.
