Overview

Cohere is on a mission to scale intelligence to serve humanity by training and deploying frontier models for AI systems. The integration team focuses on developing and scaling machine learning algorithms and infrastructure for LLM post-training, enhancing the global quality of the codebase.

In Short

• Design and write high-performing software for training models.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills.
• Value test-driven development and clean code.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (JAX, Pytorch).
• Experience with large-scale distributed training strategies.
