Overview

This role involves working as a machine learning researcher/engineer to develop advanced agentic LLM systems that are deployed across enterprise companies.

Requirements

PhD in computer science or related field or equivalent industry experience.
Strong software engineering skills.
Proficiency in Python and ML-related libraries (e.g., PyTorch, NumPy).
Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Experience with post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, RL).
Experience with building synthetic data generation pipelines.
