Overview

This role involves working as a machine learning researcher/engineer to develop advanced agentic LLM systems that are deployed across enterprise companies.

Requirements

• PhD in computer science or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong software engineering skills.
• Proficiency in Python and ML-related libraries (e.g., PyTorch, NumPy).
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, RL).
• Experience with building synthetic data generation pipelines.
