Cohere Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, BPO Vendor Management to oversee the daily operations, performance, and success of our outsourced service center operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendors.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage a BPO team of 150+ staff.
• Strong understanding of service operations workflows.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Familiarity with international markets.
