Overview

The Community Manager will enhance the digital presence of "Cocons du Bassin" by developing an engaged community and generating direct bookings.

In Short

• Develop and manage an engaged community on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create impactful content (posts, reels, stories, newsletters) highlighting the unique experiences of our villas.
• Implement content strategies to attract and convert visitors into direct clients.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility.
• Optimize our website and digital channels to maximize conversions and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or digital marketing (ideally in hospitality, luxury, or tourism).
• Excellent mastery of social media, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create engaging content (writing, storytelling, simple editing).
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, community management tools).
• Proactive, autonomous, and creative to boost brand visibility.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and ability to manage partnerships.
