Project Manager - Cyber Security Services - Remote

Overview

Coalfire is on a mission to make the world a safer place by solving our clients’ hardest cybersecurity challenges. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end project life cycle management in the Cyber Security Services teams.

In Short

• Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to deployment.
• Main point of contact for customers and the Coalfire team.
• Prepare detailed project plans.
• Manage day-to-day activities and resources.
• Provide status reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Responsible for project scope, budget, timelines, communication, and change management.
• Monitor, track, and control issues and dependencies.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and requirements documentation.
• Ensure projects meet established quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• 1 year of experience managing penetration testing projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or related field.
• Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage projects successfully.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, PgMP or related certification.
