Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the U.S. (preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in crisis intervention
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficiency with digital tools and clinical documentation
• Calm clinical judgment under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
