Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at CoverMyMeds, you will advocate for human-centered product decisions to help patients receive the medicine they need, utilizing various design methodologies.

• Work with UX Research, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead design efforts including user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Define design strategy considering long-term product vision.
• Facilitate ideation workshops with stakeholders.
• Interpret research to inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Become an expert on users through continuous design iteration.
• Present design artifacts to align stakeholders.
• Champion UX within the organization.

• Support product discovery using research best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX design focused on digital products.
• Expert in Figma and design systems.
• Experience leading design efforts in a business environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curious about human behavior and passionate about healthcare.
• Understanding of design patterns and visual design best practices.
• Ability to adapt and improve as the company matures.
• Knowledge of UserTesting and UserInterviews is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.
