Product Liability Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Litigation Paralegal provides substantive support to attorneys in product liability and other complex litigation matters, assisting throughout all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, including hearings and trials. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex case materials while working collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with legal documents and litigation procedures.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with case management systems; Filevine preferred.
• Ability to meet billable hour requirements and manage multiple matters.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
