Overview

Clutch is on a mission to turn Credit Unions into FinTechs, making them their members’ first choice. Our Digital Account Opening product is core to that mission. Since launch in 2023, it’s become a mission-critical solution for credit unions, driving rapid adoption, membership growth, and market leadership. We’re hiring a Group Product Manager (Staff PM) to lead and scale our Account Opening product across both digital and in-branch channels.

In Short

  • Lead and scale the Digital Account Opening product.
  • Act as a Player-Coach for a team of PMs.
  • Rapidly onboard and drive execution on impactful features.
  • Integrate the product with other offerings to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify new product opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Contribute to customer strategy and go-to-market enablement.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and customer focus within the team.
  • Provide mentorship to junior PMs.
  • Drive growth for Clutch and its customers.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience leading teams as a player/coach.
  • Domain knowledge in banking, onboarding, or consumer fintech.
  • Ability to ship complex products in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong customer obsession and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in product development.
  • Leadership skills to influence and coach team members.
  • Experience in B2B2C environments is a plus.
  • Desire to build and scale impactful products.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
