Social Media Content Creator (Contractor) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a scrappy, Social Media Content Creator to join us in a contract role. You’ll create engaging content and run high-velocity content experiments across different audiences, messages, formats, and styles—pushing to identify what grabs attention, drives engagement, and sparks action.

In Short

• Rapidly test combinations of audience, message, niche, format, CTA, and tone—on TikTok primarily.
• Create and publish multiple pieces of content daily.
• Manage multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts targeting different audiences.
• Be the on-camera face of the content.
• Create both face-forward and faceless content.
• Share learnings daily with the go-to-market and product teams.
• Work closely with a small, fast-moving team.
• Adapt and try unconventional content approaches.
• Use social media analytics to guide content decisions.
• Generate and post multiple pieces of content daily.

Requirements

• Experience creating TikToks and Reels.
• Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut).
• Familiarity with social media schedulers like Later.
• High-quality writing skills.
• Confidence on camera.
• Ability to generate content consistently.
• Access to a high-quality camera and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of online trends.
• High-energy and self-directed.
• Willingness to experiment with content styles.
