Overview

The Security Consultant/Technical Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of our solutions and services. This role combines customer advocacy, technical expertise to enhance customer engagement and retention in a competitive market and also has a sales mindset for revenue expansion in the region.

In Short

• Own the onboarding process for customers.
• Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
• Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure timely renewals and drive upsell opportunities.
• Organize customer events in collaboration with marketing.
• Stay updated on the Threat landscape and regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success and client account management in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, client facing roles.
