• Lead a dynamic team of web protection engineers.
• Manage the Web Protection Team (Security Engineers & Researchers).
• Guide the team by example and lead technical planning.
• Review code and team deliverables while supervising new releases.
• Monitor data from servers and improve existing WAF rules.
• Drive new research and experiments on web attacks and bot protection.
• Help the team mature the existing codebase written in Python.
• Work fully remote from anywhere.

Requirements

• Experience in security research and web security.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Knowledge of web application firewalls and security best practices.
• Ability to analyze and improve security protocols.
• Experience with web attacks and bot protection strategies.
