Overview

The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring that CloseKnit's growth is supported by strong financial processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with GAAP standards.

• Contribute to the monthly close cycle.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and variance analyses.
• Manage and optimize the NetSuite environment.
• Participate in day-to-day accounting functions.
• Develop and implement policies for accounting functions.
• Oversee intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate audit and tax activities.
• Conduct complex financial analyses.
• Maintain accounting records for audits.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Healthcare industry accounting experience.
• GAAP accrual accounting expertise.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify process gaps.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
