Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and self-manage
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Organizational skills to manage candidate database
• Comfortable with cold calling and engaging candidates
• Familiarity with online job boards and recruiting platforms
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work within Pacific Time hours
• Proficiency in using recruiting software
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
