Senior Biostatistician Consultant-Oncology (Remote in US)

In Short

• Responsible for protocol development including study design and statistical analysis plans.
• Provide statistical oversight to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure data for statistical analyses are complete and accurate.
• Manage statistical analysis plans and ensure timely input into reports.
• Explore alternative analysis strategies as needed.
• Mentor peers and provide training to less experienced statisticians.
• Coordinate activities of statisticians across projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy of statistical tables and reports.
• Interact with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience for PhD or 6-8 years for MS.
• Strong experience with Oncology therapeutic area.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of drug development process and FDA regulations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry with clinical trials.
