Overview

ClinChoice is searching for a Lead Biostatistician Consultant to join one of our clients. This role involves acting as the statistical lead for clinical studies, providing technical leadership and statistical support.

In Short

• Act as the statistical lead for clinical studies.
• Provide expert statistical advice and analysis.
• Review and author statistical analysis sections of protocols.
• Oversee vendor/CRO biostatistics teams.
• Build relationships with CROs and external partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports.
• Evaluate innovative approaches to statistical methods.

• Manage CROs and data vendors.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• PhD in statistics preferred; MS with relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical trial experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and growth mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods.
• Proficiency in SAS or R.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards.
• Experience in remote virtual environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
