Labeling Artwork Program Manager - Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Labeling Artwork Program Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management for the development, revision, and approval of packaging and labeling artwork across a consumer health portfolio.

In Short

• Manage the artwork development process from initiation through approval and implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors/agencies.
• Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects.
• Coordinate the review and approval of labeling content and artwork in internal systems.
• Support change control processes related to labeling updates.
• Lead or support process improvements related to artwork development.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication of project status to stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for product labeling.
• Experience with electronic artwork management systems is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
