Senior Consultant - Government Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to serve as Project Manager and oversee government-funded scientific development programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

In Short

• Lead the management of day-to-day aspects of a US Government funded project.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for USG clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients for updates.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants.
• Support the identification and selling of new engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with government regulations.
• Fluency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of the biotechnology product development process.
