The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of LILT's public sector business, focusing on innovative solutions for government customers.

• Define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with customer use cases
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps and manage multiple tasks
• Specify and implement security solutions for government customers
• Oversee the lifecycle of solutions from review to deployment
• Serve as the primary contact for government customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in technical product or program management
• Experience with research and engineering teams
• Experience managing cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of DoD/IC cyber and security standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven problem-solving approach
