Sr. Analyst, Marketplace Operations - Remote

Overview

ClickHouse is actively seeking a Sr. Analyst in Marketplace Ops to manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for our partner ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency and streamline processes within the cloud service providers and partners market.

In Short

• Bring hands-on experience executing Marketplace Private Offers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Manage the marketplace private offers lifecycle of deals in EMEA business hours
• Serve as a subject matter expert for GTM teams for Marketplace processes
• Oversee day-to-day operations of partner programs
• Track and report on partner performance metrics using Salesforce
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline operations
• Lead automation initiatives for operational efficiency
• Liaise with CSP and marketplace platform vendors

Requirements

• 1+ years of partner operations experience with AWS, GCP, Azure
• 3+ years of experience in technology companies
• Salesforce experience with reporting and opportunity management
• Super user experience on Marketplace Operations tooling
• Great communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts
• Experience in basic data analytics - SQL at middle level or higher
• Consulting or startup experience
• Knowledge of partner tools like Salesforce, AWS ACE, Azure Partner Central
