• Take full ownership of Clerk's Expo and Flutter SDKs.
• Design and implement new features for mobile developers.
• Maintain high code quality and performance across both SDKs.
• Write comprehensive documentation and guides.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for feature requests.
• Create sample applications showcasing best practices.
• Ensure seamless functionality across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Define the technical roadmap for mobile SDK development.
• Evaluate and lead development for additional mobile frameworks.
• Influence Clerk's mobile strategy based on ecosystem knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience focused on mobile development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native/Expo).
• Experience building and maintaining SDKs or developer tools.
• Understanding of authentication flows and security best practices.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Experience with API integration and mobile app architecture patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
