Senior Product Analytics Manager - Chat - Remote

Overview

This role is AX5 level (Senior Manager) in our progression framework. You will lead the Product Analytics function in the Chat pillar, playing a strategic decision-making role in one of Cleo’s key market differentiators.

• Lead the Product Analytics function in the Chat pillar.
• Work closely with the executive team to shape the product roadmap.
• Manage a team of 5 senior and lead level Product Analysts.
• Deliver high-impact analytics covering your pillar and cross-squad opportunities.
• Build a discovery roadmap to improve chat interactions.
• Conduct large scale A/B experiments and interpret results.
• Promote team performance and development.
• Advocate for analytics and A/B test best-practices.
• Coordinate discovery roadmaps and insights sessions.
• Work with Analytics Engineering on data modelling needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a data/analytics field.
• Experience leading a high-performing team of at least 5 analysts.
• Skilled at influencing decisions through data storytelling.
• Experience conducting large scale A/B experiments.
• Strong track record in using analytics to help teams succeed.
• Worked end-to-end across the data pipeline.
• Proven impact in contributing to the capabilities of a data team.
• Experience integrating research with analytics work.
• Knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
• Self-starter focused on results.
